Please contact the organization directly via the links below.This is Legend, and he’s a 7-8yo senior boy at Faithful Friends Animal Advocates, Inc in Neosho, MO. He has been in the shelter for over SIX MONTHS and counting. He is really, really struggling in that environment - to the point where he is medicated to stop self-harming in his kennel. I took him out for the day and he did PHENOMENAL. He tried to mark inside the house a couple of times as soon as we arrived home, but was very responsive to correction. He did great with my other dogs and with my kids and walked nicely on a leash! He’s also neutered and up to date on his shots. He is very sensitive about his sides and belly being touched - he’s very afraid you’re going to try to pick him up due to a negative experience in the shelter. As you can see, this senior boy desperately needs busted out of the kennel environment. Can anyone take this guy in and show him how good life can really be? This is a courtesy post!
